Beautiful morning walk

What a beautiful way to spend the day.  Wake up to your balcony Queen room overlooking Wallis Lake, Tuncurry.  Head south over the bridge to Forster, taking the first turn heading up the hill to famous Beach Bums Cafe for a delicious brekky, watch the ocean swimmers gather to do their stuff.

With substance now in your tummy, take the beach path past Foster Ocean Pool, affectionately known as ‘The Bull Ring’, along the foreshore passing Pebbly Beach, the Tanks, National Park and up the hill to Rotary Lookout.

If you’re not feeling the hill or just want a great cuppa, head down Boundary Street, Forster, where you will find a great little local secret, Plunge Cafe.

After refreshing head back toward the ocean or take a left turn down Lake Street, Forster, follow it all the way through to Little Street, Forster and follow the Lake around while trying to resist all the fabulous Cafes, Restaurants and Pubs you come across on your way, not to mention the wonderful shopping in Wharf Street, Forster.

Once you’re done head back across the wonderful bridge admiring the turquoise water and without a doubt the East Coast Dolphins’ making a guest appearance.  Back to your clean room and put your feet up and relax.

Tuncurry, what’s not to love.

Come on down.
